🌞Happy Rotation, Earth Dwellers 😎
Sandwiched between graham crackers, chocolate bars, and marshmallows, this week’s issue is best served melted with a bit of char. ⛺

I am leaving this here from last time because, despite my best intentions, I assume it’ll be the case again: “I tried to keep it short and sweet → I failed. It is what it is 🤷♂️”
Whether it’s IRL or the metaverse, I hope that wherever you are, the water is warm, the weather fine, and the coffee/tea is just how you like it. 🌊🥥🌴

Camp Netheryonder
Camp Netheryonder’s first winter camp comes to a successful close.
Nestled against a lake in the wilds of Middle Tennessee, this intimate festival offers a retreat filled with creativity, mind- and body-bending experiences, opportunities for community-building, exceptional forest bathing, and the occasional jam session.
Introducing the Camp Netheryonder House Band 👇
Your very own intrepid reporter/editor/fun-time expert n0madz even made an appearance, if only for a short time over the weekend (babies, yo, it’s like they need to be cared for or something 🤦♂️).
My Partner-in-Crime, and better half, She Who Shall Not Be Named, even went along for the experience and thoroughly enjoyed herself. She’s already fully planning on attending the next one, Summer Camp, the whole time.
Wen tickets? Also, I may have lost a hatchet, NOT bloodstained, when last seen at Camp…
In coloring book-related news, SpazeCraft’s coloring book was delivered to the n0madz dojo a couple of weeks ago, and it is fabulous.
While I briefly removed the coloring book from the plastic sleeve to take a small peek at the inside contents, I don’t think I will be coloring this one soon.
This one’s either going to end up a rare collectible (only five out there, ya’ll) and featured exclusively in the n0madz gallery, or I’ll set it aside until Baby ‘Madz is old enough to make it their own.
Music Musings
For those interested in diversifying the different types of multimedia represented in their collections, look no further. Here are some helpful resources/cool shit I found in the wide, wide world of music in Web 3.0:
Ooh La La is a great aggregator for music NFTs that compiles and makes searchable music minted across several platforms and blockchains. Here’s a link to my collection, which currently features music collected on Lens Protocol, Sound.xyz, and Manifold.
Jamee Cornelia drops 50 editions of the music video for Potential on Glass Protocol (Solana) for 0.5 SOL each. Check it out.
Cristina Spinei mints their genesis “DRIFT” to sound.xyz on January 26th at 5 PM EST. Only 25 editions at 0.05 ETH each. Here are the details.
On a related note, through discovering Cristina Spinei, I was led to Kaitlyn Raitz, a cellist based in Nashville who is also experimenting with music and technology in Web 3.0. They currently have a generative art/music piece out on async called Element.
There is also a track called “enkindle” out on decent for only 0.2 eth (I scooped one, of course).
brokeinvstr.eth continues their weekly Fresh Mints twitter thread where they highlight their favorite music NFTs.
- lays out a compelling argument suggesting Music NFTs lead to increased Spotify streams.
I’ve noticed this in four waysZiggy Ziggy Music also gives four real-world examples of how Music NFTs can lead to increased Spotify activity:
Using NFT proceeds to directly boost Spotify streams.
Organic boost in streams from Web3 drop hype.
Web3 exclusives —> Spotify playlist selection.
Presave on Spotify to collect NFT.
- drops another edition of their substack newsletter focused on Music NFTs: This Week in Music NFTs - Jan 23
Art & News
DataDope/NiteOwl collab on an NFT called FOMO Station. Thirty (30) editions at 12 tez each, or there is one currently up at auction which carries a custom 3D printed, hand-painted collectible. The auction has already begun and, at the time of writing, sits at 100 tez.
…
Going live on 26 January at 9 PM GMT, Mark Ludgate is dropping a generative art collection Lost Memories on fxhash that will almost certainly sell out in record time. Check out this madness 👇
Here’s a brief moment of appreciation for the podcast/burgeoning media company UFO Club that I found on Mirror and have loved ever since.
I’ve always enjoyed listening to their podcast episodes and made it a habit to collect most of their issues on Mirror.
Surprisingly, their Mirror issues sell out in almost record time, so collecting one from primary can be a bit competitive, which is an absolutely fantastic indicator of the strength that a dedicated follower/collector base can wield.
Long story short, through UFO Club, I was introduced to the new Web 3.0 game Night Run, a video game that, as far as I understand, you ride a motorcycle through cyberpunk streets, and there are billboards featuring CC0 digital art that you ride by.
Anyways, I ended up on the Premint and will let you all know how it goes if I mint one. Here’s the UFO episode on the subject and the website for the Night Run game.
Empress Trash creates Layered Chaos on Foundation.
PartySkullz birthday bash comes to a raucous end. There were 75 different skullz themed artworks minted during the event.
Space Castles 4 Sale
In other unrelated news, space castles for sale have been found in a few of the nearby galaxies.
For example, Castle Loch Ness is currently listed for the very reasonable price of 10 tezos.
Nestled in a loch resembling the wilds of the land formerly known as Scotland, this castle is the perfect getaway for those wanting a taste of salt life without all of the sand.
Like an iceberg, the majority of this castle is underwater. It features 40 subterranean levels and 25 fully operational levels. This castle is for those potential buyers that find comfort in the unseen.
This aquatic abode has its own traditional water vessel that serves a dual purpose as an artist residency. The owner notes that they are the artist who will be residing in that particular residency.
